City Intake Officers facilitate the structured intake of client information within The Board System — serving as an initial local point of contact and forwarding organized information to the Founder / Principal Executive Advisor for review.
The City Intake Officer functions strictly as a structured intake facilitator. The role does not extend to strategic analysis, advisory functions, decision-making authority, or client representation — all strategic diagnostics, interventions, and final outcomes remain exclusively under the authority of the Founder / Principal Executive Advisor.
An individual submits an application indicating a preferred city or geographical area. Submission does not create any entitlement to appointment.
The Founder / Principal Executive Advisor assesses professional background, communication capability, and suitability for the proposed city assignment.
Where an applicant is considered suitable, a conditional approval may be issued. This does not yet authorize the applicant to act as a City Intake Officer.
The applicant may be invited to enter a separate Engagement Arrangement defining scope, tenure, applicable engagement fee, and incentive terms.
The Founder / Principal Executive Advisor issues formal confirmation specifying the assigned city, approved tenure, and effective commencement date.
Only upon confirmation does the City Intake Officer become operationally activated and authorized to perform the responsibilities of the role.
Engagement fee. The City Intake Officer assignment is not provided without consideration. Where applicable, the applicable engagement fee or engagement ticket is specified within the separate Engagement Arrangement, prior to activation.
Defined tenure. Every assignment is granted for a defined tenure only. No assignment is permanent or automatically renewable; renewal is considered solely at the discretion of the Founder / Principal Executive Advisor.
Incentive eligibility. A City Intake Officer may become eligible for incentives where a client they introduce proceeds with an approved engagement. Eligibility for an incentive does not guarantee that an incentive will become payable — amount, schedule, and method are determined exclusively by the Founder / Principal Executive Advisor.
This engagement does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or ownership interest, and is conducted entirely through the Founder / Principal Executive Advisor, outside the scope of The Board framework.
